Key dates announced for 2026

Applications for the 2026 edition of Stockholm Fashion Week, taking place June 8–11, will open in a few weeks. The upcoming season will continue our commitment to expanding opportunities for meaningful cultural, and commercial, exchange for our members. Designers, brands, and creative partners interested in being part of the official Stockholm Fashion Week schedule are invited to express their interest via the ASFB website when applications open.

Important dates:

Shows, presentations and STHLMFW FRONT
Application window: 6 January — 28 February
Brand line-up announcement: April 6

Events and showrooms
Application window: 3 February — 4 April

Further details regarding programming, criteria, and new initiatives for the 2026 season will be revealed in early 2026. We look forward to welcoming both returning and new voices.

STHLMFW FRONT

Following a successful launch in 2025, STHLMFW FRONT, our support platform for emerging designers and brands, will continue into 2026. Selected participants will be given the opportunity to present runway shows, presentations, and showrooms as part of the official STHLMFW program.

Criteria, including but not limited to:
— Newly established & functioning entity
— Majority owned & led by founder
— Pre-existing collection or work-in-progress that can be credibly completed by June 2026

— Limited production support (e.g., lighting, sound, seating)

Member survey

In January 2026, the ASFB will send a survey exclusive to member brands. This survey will cover topics like the current state and needs of your brand, followed by questions relating to the format and strategy of Stockholm Fashion Week.
