An RSVP link and/or a contact button (linked to your point of contacts email) will be displayed on your event page. Choose one or both depending on your needs.

When you've submitted your event it will go through ASFB staff for approval. Once approved you will receive a personalised email notification.

This calendar submission form is not for the official Stockholm Fashion Week schedule listings. The Itinerary features industry-related events hosted by brands, institution, and partners outside of the official STHLMFW program.

Event type lexicon:

Event → Launches, receptions, brand activations, dinners, and networking gatherings.

‍

Show → Runway presentations, previews, and collection unveilings.

‍

Exhibition → Installations, curated showcases, and gallery-style displays.

‍

Retail → Pop-ups, sample sales, and temporary concept stores.

‍

Academia → Lectures, workshops, and research-driven events from schools or universities.

‍

Industry → Trade fairs, professional gatherings, and institutional events.

Late → After-parties, night-time activations, and evening hospitality experiences.
