The official event schedule application form for Stockholm Fashion Week 2026, June 8—11

Applications are now open

All brands, companies and organisations who wish to arrange an independent event during Stockholm Fashion Week 2026, taking place June 8–11 2026, must apply through the official form on this page to be considered for inclusion in the Official Event Schedule.

Inclusion in the Official Event Schedule is subject to approval and a participation fee. The event will receive structured visibility within Stockholm Fashion Week’s communication framework, including:

  1. Listing within the official online schedule
  2. A dedicated event page on asfb.se with organiser-supplied details and RSVP/ticket link
  3. Social media and press release inclusion
  4. Printed delegate itinerary inclusion
  5. An Official STHLMFW Location Marker

Applications to the Official Event Schedule are reviewed by the Association of Swedish Fashion Brands to assess relevance, alignment and overall programme fit. The application form collects the information required to evaluate whether the proposed event is suitable for inclusion within the Stockholm Fashion Week framework.
The Official Event Schedule is intended for independently produced events taking place during Stockholm Fashion Week.
Inclusion provides structured visibility within Stockholm Fashion Week’s communication channels. Production, execution and guest management remain the responsibility of the organiser.
