Before you apply

Applications to Stockholm Fashion Week are reviewed within a structured, capacity-limited programme curated by the Association of Swedish Fashion Brands. The application form collects the information required to assess programme fit, feasibility, and readiness for participation in the Official Core Schedule or STHLMFW FRONT.
Each edition of Stockholm Fashion Week brings together a curated selection of established and emerging brands and presents them within an international industry context of buyers, press, and stakeholders.
Applicants are encouraged to review the schedule structure, participation framework, and application process before submitting.

The Official Core Schedule refers to shows and presentations curated and actively supported by the ASFB as part of Stockholm Fashion Week. While additional off-schedule activity may take place across the city during the week, the Core Schedule represents the official programme framework.

STHLMFW FRONT has a limited capacity of four (4) presentation slots during Stockholm Fashion Week. FRONT offers selected brands access to a shared show venue, standardized lighting/audio/seating setup, and a fixed morning time slot, with only one slot per day starting at 10:00. The platform is intended for emerging and scaling brands, regardless of founder age or experience, that are not producing independent shows. All FRONT presentations take place within the official programme framework curated by the ASFB.

STHLMFW Hospitality Delegation acknowledgement

The STHLMFW Hospitality Delegation consists of invited international buyers, press, and industry representatives curated as part of the official programme. Delegation outreach and prioritisation are informed by aggregated input from ASFB member brands and coordinated centrally by the ASFB in collaboration with partners, including Business Sweden for buyer engagement and Patriksson Group for international press relations.
The delegation is structured to support alignment between participating brands, target markets, and the overall programme flow.

Layered Audience acknowledgement

The STHLMFW Layered Audience framework structures runway audiences into seated and standing guest allocations. Seated capacity is reserved for the STHLMFW Hospitality Delegation, the STHLMFW team, and the brand’s primary invited guests, while standing capacity allows brands to accommodate additional guests. Guest access is managed through the official STHLMFW accreditation system.
The Layered Audience framework allows brands to retain control over guest approvals while supporting a structured mix of seated and standing audiences.
