- Brand Interests (checkbox selections)

- Process accreditation or application requests
- Share relevant submissions with selected brands based on interest
- Store application records in our internal Notion database for event planning and communication purposes
3. Information Sharing
- Information is shared only with brands that the user has selected via checkbox and only for the purpose of handling the application. Brands cannot see submissions made to other brands.
- We do not sell or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose of processing applications and coordinating events. Users can request deletion at any time by contacting us.
5. Data Security
We use secure, encrypted connections and best practices when handling data between Webflow, Make, and Notion. Only designated ASFB personnel and brand representatives have access to data relevant to them.

Terms of Use for The ASFB's Integration Services
By submitting a form through ASFB's Webflow website that connects to our Notion database via Make, you agree to the following terms:

- Limited Disclosure: Your submission will only be visible to the ASFB and the specific brands you have selected in the form. Brands will use this data solely to evaluate participation or issue invites.
- Content Responsibility: You affirm that all information submitted is accurate and truthful.
- Withdrawal: You can withdraw your submission and request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@asfb.se.
- Changes: ASFB reserves the right to update these Terms or the Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or public posting.
